My journey into health and fitness coaching began with my own personal quest for well-being. Like many women, I used to struggle to find a balance between working out, nutrition, and everyday life. When I finally shifted my approach toward building sustainable, empowering habits, everything changed. That spark ignited a deep desire to help other women step into their power.
